Where we ship
We ship Barullo from our licensed retail location in California to more than 40 states. Enter your address at checkout and you will see immediately whether we can deliver to you. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or to states that prohibit direct-to-consumer spirits shipping.
Age verification
You must be 21 or older to place an order. Every package ships with an adult-signature requirement. The carrier will check ID at the door and will not leave the package unattended. If nobody 21+ is available after three attempts, the package is returned to us and we refund the order minus the outbound shipping cost.
Delivery times
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. West Coast deliveries usually arrive in 2 to 3 days and East Coast in 4 to 6. You will receive tracking by email and text as soon as the label prints. Shipping to a work address usually makes signature delivery easier.
Packaging
Every bottle ships in a molded, bottle-specific insert inside a corrugated box. If a bottle arrives broken, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it at no charge.
Returns
By law we cannot accept returns of alcohol once it has been delivered. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will make it right.
